Our Commitment

At Elora Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We sell 100% authentic products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired or unusable
  • The product is in its original unopened packaging

You cannot return a product if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged by you
  • The product was purchased on sale or promotion

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1 Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Step 2 Send us a Mail on habibarana204@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A clear photo or video of the damaged or wrong product

Step 3 Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours

Step 4 If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back

3. Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer you one of the following:

  • Full Refund returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days
  • Replacement  we send you the correct or undamaged product at no extra cost

4. Damaged or Wrong Product; Our Responsibility

If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we take full responsibility. We will:

  • Send you a free replacement immediately, or
  • Give you a full refund no questions asked

You do not need to return the product in this case. Just send us a photo and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is our fault we pay the return shipping cost
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product you pay the return shipping cost

  • Always keep your order confirmation message until you are satisfied with your purchase
  • Take a video when opening your parcel this protects you in case of any dispute
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions
